We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work at Precise Fumes.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@precisefumes.com with your Order ID and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Email contact@precisefumes.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address we provide.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, typically within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer to an account you provide.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or used fragrances (except where damaged or defective).
- Items returned after the 7-day window.
- Discounted or final-sale items, where marked.
