These Terms & Conditions govern your use of precisefumes.com and any purchase you make from Precise Fumes. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & descriptions

Each fragrance is hand-composed in small batches. We describe scent notes, families, and sizes as accurately as possible; because fragrance is experienced differently by each person, descriptions are a guide rather than a guarantee.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by phone or email and reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, where stock is unavailable or details cannot be verified.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and Direct Bank Transfer. For bank transfer, your order is reserved and dispatched once payment is confirmed against your Order ID.

Shipping & returns

Delivery timelines and return eligibility are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Precise Fumes name, logo, imagery, and copy — is our property and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for allergic reactions; please review the listed notes and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
