Where is my order number?
It is in your order confirmation email and SMS, and looks like #1001. You can paste it with or without the #.
Where is my tracking number?
It arrives separately once your parcel ships — in a "Your order is on the way" email and an SMS from the courier. It can take 24–48 hours after ordering.
No update on my tracking yet?
Couriers usually scan parcels in the evening. If there is no update 48 hours after your shipping email, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase it.
My parcel is delayed. What now?
Send us your order number on WhatsApp. We contact the courier the same day and keep you updated until it arrives.
